中國研修生在日本
日本大阪市“彩虹橋事業協同組合”的前理事長曾向中國研修生每人收取了正規合約中未寫入的1.5萬元民眾幣(約合20萬日元)“仲介手續費”，此事8月24日被日本媒體曝光。據了解，這家組合的業務就是接收透過外國人研修及技能實習制度赴日本的研修生。
消息表明，這家組合至今可能共向大約40名研修生收取了總計約800萬日元的“仲介手續費”。法務省入國管理局就此事表示︰“向外國人研修生直接或間接收取手續費的行為是法務省令等所禁止的，屬於不正當行為。將調查實情，進行處理。”
據相關人士稱，“彩虹橋事業協同組合”由前理事長於2006年7月成立。前理事長在任期間與中國的4家研修生派遣機構簽訂了合約，接收了約40 名研修生後把他們派遣到了約15家日本國內企業。但是，前理事長與派遣機構另外簽訂了“祕密合約”，其中規定作為日方經費，研修生每人須支付1.5萬元民眾幣的手續費。這項收費並未記入到這家組合的財務賬面上。
